The caravan park is suitable for family holidays with excellent facilities. The park is near the English coastline and there are some excellent beaches nearby.

At Blue Dolphin Caravan Park we give free entertainment passes for all the family, heated swimming pools, indoors and out. The caravan park is also near some famous landmarks and theme parks. The ever popular resort of Scarborough, with great beaches shops and fishing is only 30 min's and Filey's beach, wild life park and golf course are just 10mins away.

A famous landmark which you could all visit as a family is the famous Castle Howard. The historic houses and gardens with interesting exhibitions are 30 min's away.

If that isn`t enough for you, try Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo 45mins away. Or Lightwater Valley Theme Park 60mins away.

If you're not the type of family that enjoys Theme Parks well why not try Bridlington, safe shallow beaches, plenty of shops and the famous John Bull Rock Factory where you can make your very own rock.

Five minutes from the site down the hill there is a market and car boot sale every Sunday, and if you want Sunday Lunch cross over the road to the Plough Inn which does a very good Sunday Carvery. Some dates still available in the school holidays.

DON"T FORGET YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF SCHOOL; WITH PERMISSION, FOR TWO WEEKS OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIOD.

There’s always plenty to do at Blue Dolphin, from all-weather action in the indoor SportsDrome to the SplashZone, roller-disco or mini ten-pin bowling. Kids will adore the soft play area and the superb Adventure Playground. 2005 has lots of new water attractions, new shows and new places to eat. You’ll love the wonderful sea views from the cliff tops and the terrific choice of activities and entertainment. There is no direct access to the beach below. Nearest access is from Cayton Bay.
